I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they embark on a self-discovery and healing journey. It is a privilege to witness the growth and transformation that takes place as people gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a guide, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for people to explore their inner selves, and to support and encourage them in their learning process. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and personal growth, and I feel grateful to be able to contribute to their journey in a meaningful way. It is truly inspiring to see individuals overcome challenges, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My Background and Approach

I believe that true change happens in the context of empathy, connection, and understanding. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore patterns of thinking and behavior that may be impacting your wellbeing and relationships. I believe that your commitment to your wellbeing is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself and the people you care about. In a healing journey, it is helpful to have someone who can support and validate, as well as guide and challenge when necessary. I use an integrated and holistic approach that incorporates your values, cognitions, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system. We'll work collaboratively to uncover and discover what brings meaning and vitality to your life. I use developmentally appropriate approaches to offer the same support to children and adolescents, helping them to get curious about their values and what gives their life meaning. Then, we collaboratively address what is getting in the way of them living in alignment.

I respect the investment of time, resources, and energy that embarking on a therapeutic journey takes. During the therapeutic assessment process, we will collaboratively decide what would be most valuable to focus our time on. The focus is to help you identify areas of your life you would like to improve, make concrete changes outside of the therapy room, and help you to live a full and meaningful life.
