What to expect on this call:

I will typically start off the call with a few questions to get to know you better, so that I can ensure that I am qualified to meet your needs. This includes questions about what is prompting you to seek therapy at this time, how you’ve been feeling over the past few weeks, and your goals for therapy. I would also like to know about previous experiences in therapy, and what you are looking for in a therapist. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions about my therapy approach, experience, and practice policies. At the end of the call, we will talk about next steps and the possibility of scheduling a first therapy appointment.
